www.sakkatkathe.com (the "Site") is operated by Mysuru Naturals Private Limited, a company registered in India with its office at No. 100, 5th Main, 8th Cross, Chamarajpet, Bengaluru 560018 (GSTIN 29AAPCM4996D1ZS). Sakkat Kathe (ಸಕ್ಕತ್ ಕಥೆ) is a brand of Mysuru Naturals Private Limited. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Mysuru Naturals Private Limited.
By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy policy, Refund policy, Shipping policy and Pre-order terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from the Site. Our products are not intended for children.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate and complete information.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Prices and availability may change without notice.
- We try to show product colours, packaging and descriptions accurately, but your screen and your own experience of a scent may differ.
- We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or were placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Pre-orders
During our launch, all perfumes are sold on pre-order with a ₹100 advance and the balance on delivery. Dispatch dates, cancellation and the ₹100 cancellation fee are set out in our Pre-order terms.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Mysuru Naturals does not collect or store your credit card, debit card, UPI or bank account details.
Product safety
Our perfumes are for external use only. They contain alcohol and are flammable; keep away from flame, eyes, broken skin and children. Do a patch test before use and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
Communications
By placing an order, you agree to receive order and delivery updates by email, SMS, WhatsApp or calls. We may also send you offers and news; you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Stories you share
If you share a story with us (for example on Nimma Kathe) and agree to its publication, you allow us to edit, translate and publish it on the Site and our social media, with or without your name as you choose. Please share only stories that are your own and do not hurt anyone.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the Sakkat Kathe name and logo, labels, artwork, stories, photographs and text, belongs to Mysuru Naturals Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or use third-party services (such as Shopify, Razorpay and courier partners). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
