All Sakkat Kathe perfumes are on pre-order for our launch, including Gandhada Gani, our Kannada Rajyotsava edition.

Payment

You pay a ₹100 advance online to book your pre-order, and the balance (₹1,199 per perfume) in cash or UPI on delivery. Prices include GST.

Dispatch

Orders start shipping from 1 November 2026. We'll email or WhatsApp your confirmed dispatch date after you order. Delivery then takes about 3–10 business days within India. Orders with more than one perfume ship together, on the latest confirmed date.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time before dispatch by writing to care@sakkatkathe.com. The ₹100 advance is kept as a cancellation fee. Dispatched orders can't be cancelled, and refusing a COD delivery counts as a cancellation.

If we're late

If we can't dispatch within 30 days of your confirmed date, you can cancel and we'll refund your ₹100 advance in full.

Returns and damage

Our Refund policy applies once your order is delivered. Unopened, sealed perfumes can be returned within 3 days of delivery. Report damage within 24 hours, with photos or an unboxing video. We can't accept returns of opened perfume, or because the fragrance isn't to your taste.
